The Capercaillie

A bumper cheese hamper with extra goodies to suit both the savoury and the sweet person in the house.  It comes in a 16″ luxury wicker hamper basket nestled in straw.  It includes:

• Badentoy Blue (a medium strength blue), Devils Bite (a mild and smooth cheese with added chilli to give a wee kick), Smoked Deeside (a cold oak smoked medium cheddar), Deeside Blend (a mild and moist cheese with chives infused), Fet Like (0ur Aberdonian take on Feta), Real Deeside with Cranberry (a mild cheese with cranberrys), Crynoch Blue (don’t let the smell fool you, this is a lovely creamy blue), Camembert (creamy & smooth), Real Deeside (a mild and moist farmhouse cheese).
• Horny Devil Oatcakes (a cheese & chilli oatcake with a wee kick), Blue Cheese Oatcakes (a popular family favourite), Cheddar Cheese Oatcakes (an extra cheesy oatcake), Mealie Oatcakes (a classic North-East oatcake).
• We have two delicious chutneys from Huntly Herbs, The Blonde Bombshell chutney and The Porters Chutney. And if you need something a wee bit more spicey we have Singularity Sauce’s Het Sass (a table sauce that packs a wee bit of heat).
• And for the sweet treat we have Baileys Irish Cream Fudge from Flump & Fudge, Orkney Butter Shortbread from Argo’s Bakery.
