Delivery & Returns
Delivery date / time / tracking the parcel:
As we are using a third party (an independent transporter) we cannot guarantee a delivery on your chosen day however, we almost never experience trouble with our chosen transport company.
The delivery can arrive at any time on the stated delivery day, usually between 8am and 6pm.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the stated delivery address to receive the delivery, or to provide us with instructions to pass to the courier as to a safe location to leave the parcel.
We cannot accept any responsibility for failed deliveries due to a lack of correct instructions.
Due to the Cornonavirus outbreak we are suspending delivery charges for all local Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City deliveries over £20. We will try and deliver as fast as we can and if you are self isolating we will leave it at a specified place for you to collect.
All other charges still apply as note below
England, Wales and Central Scotland. For any delivery a charge of £8.14 will be added.
For Scottish Highlands and some Perthshire postcodes the delivery rate is £19.00. Unfortunately we cannot send parcels outwith the UK, Ireland or Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.
For Delivery to western and northern isles please contact us to discuss the postal charge. These deliveries can take 2-4 days

Wednesday – Fridays: Aberdeen city – Newtonhill – Peterculter
Thursdays : Inverurie – Old Meldrum – Turriff – Ellon – Bridge of Don
Fridays: Stonehaven – Montrose -Fettercairn – Aboyne – Banchory
All produce will be packed with ice pads so the products are kept cool throughout the journey and will be kept fresh.
Our cheese and meat products are vaccum packed to keep them fresh, other produce is packed suitably for the journey.
All of our produce is fresh and suitable for home freezing.
Reclamations / Returns :
Cheeses are perishable goods, therefore we cannot accept returns. However If there is something you suspect to be wrong with your order please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the product and we refund you the full amount.
Please note that any damages or invoice discrepancies should be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours from receipt of delivery
